MATC Community Project Co-Creation Day

On November 16th MATC faculty and neighborhood partners will meet as a follow-up to the Summer 2012 Campus-Community Summit. Facilitated by Bucketworks, we will (1) gain deeper knowledge of our organizations, missions, and dreams, (2) identify potential projects which will address neighborhood needs while educating students, (3) develop concrete and specific plans for collaborating. We will be meeting from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Bucketworks, 706 S. 5th. Bucketworks is a co-working, meetup, and practice space for creative professionals. Tim Syth and James Carlson will lead us in an “unconference” , a meeting format that uses open meeting, collaborative agenda-making principles. Please join us for a day of creative problem solving and networking … We need each other to be great! A healthy lunch of locally grown food will be provided.
